Young Buck (Newtownards, cow, unpasteurised)

Essentially a raw milk Stilton style cheese, but SO much more! The range of flavours in this cheese is incredible; sometimes toasty biscuity, sometimes green apple or even beef stock! We buy this direct from the maker, Mike, who also supplies us with a great range of other Irish cheeses.
