Small Selection includes
Isle of Mull Cheddar - rich and fruity, smooth, firm and savoury.  Unpasteurised cows' milk.
Colston Bassett Stilton - Gentle and sweet, buttery and smooth.  Pasteurised cows' milk.
Baron Bigod  - bloomy and grassy exterior, always perfectly ripe. pasteurised cows' milk.

Medium selection also includes
Dorstone - Bright and citrusy, rolled in ash, looks great on any cheeseboard!  Pasteurised goats' milk.
Northumberland Nettle - creamy and smooth, our best selling local cheese. Pasteurised cows’ milk.

Large selection also includes
Comté AOC - smooth, nutty and caramel flavours, a real favourite in the shop, especially in Winter. Unpasteurised cows' milk.
