Doddington Darling Blue (Northumberland, cow, pasteurised)

Mellow and buttery, this is a real shop favourite. Made locally in Northumberland, and named after local hero, Grace Darling, this has a craggy exterior, savoury and salty and a buttery interior. Pairs well with a sweet cracker or digestive biscuit and is a must have on our Christmas cheeseboard.
